Leeds Plaque for Treaty to Ban Nuclear Weapons

Leeds Plaque for Treaty to Ban Nuclear Weapons

A tree has been planted in Park Square, Leeds to mark the historic resolution passed by Leeds City Council to support the United Nations Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons. Now we would like to erect a plaque in front of the tree to draw attention to it, explain its significance and act as a permanent reminder of our city’s commitment to nuclear disarmament.

Leeds CND is appealing for donations to meet the cost of this plaque, which will be about £500. Please give generously to help us make this happen.
