“Since the 1979 the government have announced the introduction of Cruise missiles, and the replacement of polaris by Trident submarines and missiles. This has been accompained by offical propaganda designed to show that Nuclear War is both inevitable and survivable.       It is neither.”

Produced in 1985 by photomontage artist Peter Kennard as featured in the recent exhibition at the Imperial War Museum.
