DAY OF DANCE POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19
We are sorry to announce that due to Covid-19, we will have to postpone this year’s Day of Dance. It seems unlikely that by May 9th, gatherings of this size will be sensible or even permitted. We are absolutely devastated to have to do this for lots of reasons, and we know there will be many disappointed people.
We have looked into postponing until the Autumn, but unfortunately, Victoria Hall only have one Saturday date available, 5th Dec and we can’t manage that, being the week following our Peace & Craft Fair. So we are having to postpone for a whole year. The date in 2021 is May 15th. We will endeavour to run the exact same programme next year, and tickets already purchased will be valid then. All ticketholders will be contacted over the next couple of weeks.
If you know that you can’t make it, or would prefer a refund anyway, please fill in the form here
and return it to cath@yorkshirecnd.org.uk.
It would be really lovely if people who can’t come next year, felt they were able to donate the ticket price to Yorkshire CND (3 of our main fundraisers this year are cancelled), but we do understand that these are difficult times for many of us.
The Day of Dance 2020 is at the splendid Victoria Hall in Saltaire, from 10.45am-6.30pm, with the ever popular Family Ceilidh starting at 5.15pm-6.45pm. We’ve got a fantastic line up of diverse dances, singing and music workshops, and if you book before 9th March, you’ll save an additional 10%. There’s a veggie cafe on site, so with the all day ticket offering fantastic value, you can dance all day!
Book your tickets below or view the full line up table. Day Tickets now enable you to select your workshops on the booking form.
Please do not buy tickets at this time, in case we need to postpone!
Check back here in a while.
